The chief executive may withdraw a disability worker screening application if—
(a) the chief executive gives the applicant—(i) a notice under section 69 (1) (b) asking the applicant to provide stated information; or(ii) a notice under section 138U or 138X asking the applicant to give the consent, or take the other action, stated in the notice; and
(b) the notice includes a warning that, if the applicant does not comply with the notice, the application may be withdrawn; and
(c) the applicant does not comply with the notice.
