75 Withdrawal by applicant
(1) The applicant may ask the chief executive to withdraw the applicant’s
disability worker screening application at any time before it is decided.
(2)
The request may be made orally or in writing.
(3) The chief executive must
withdraw the application unless the chief executive refuses to withdraw the
application under section 76 .
