(1) This section applies to a decision of the chief executive
under this Act if, before the commencement, the decision was a reviewable
decision.
(2) The unamended Act continues to apply to the decision despite
the enactment of the amending Act.
(3) Without limiting subsection (2)—
(a)
an interested person for the review decision made by the chief executive under
previous section 211 may apply to QCAT for a review of the decision under
previous section 212; and
(b) QCAT may hear and decide, or continue to hear
and decide, an application for a review of the review decision under previous
section 212.
(4) In this section—
"reviewable decision" means a decision stated in previous schedule 2.
