Confidentiality obligation continues to apply to authorised officers and interim managers
337 Confidentiality obligation continues to apply to authorised officers and
interim managers
(1) This section applies to a person who is or has been
either of the following under the unamended Act— (a) an authorised officer;
(b) an interim manager.
(2) Previous section 222 continues to apply to the
person as if the amending Act had not been enacted.
