331 Notice about use of restrictive practices
(1) This section applies if on
the commencement of this section a relevant service provider is using
restrictive practices in relation to an adult with an intellectual or
cognitive disability.
(2) Section 191 applies to the relevant
service provider as if the relevant service provider was considering using
restrictive practices in relation to the adult on the commencement of this
section.
