DISABILITY SERVICES ACT 2006 - SECT 241A

241A Review of impact of NDIS on Act

(1) The Minister must review the efficacy and efficiency of this Act in the light of amendments of the Act made by the Disability Services and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2016 .

(2) The review must be completed by 30 June 2019.
