Chief executive may give information about use of restrictive practice
200 Chief executive may give information about use of restrictive practice
(1) This section applies to information given to the chief executive by a
relevant service provider under section 199 .
(2) The chief executive may
give the information to any or all of the following— (a) QCAT;
(b) the
public guardian;
(c) the public advocate under the GAA;
(d) the relevant
service provider.
