Requirement to give information about use of restrictive practice to chief executive
199 Requirement to give information about use of restrictive practice to chief
executive
(1) This section applies to a relevant service provider, other
than a relevant service provider prescribed by regulation, that is using a
restrictive practice in relation to an adult with an intellectual or cognitive
disability.
(2) The relevant service provider must give to the chief
executive, in the way and at the times prescribed under a regulation,
information about the use of the restrictive practice prescribed under a
regulation.
