187 Application for review by chief executive
(1) An interested person for a
relevant decision may apply to the chief executive, within 28 days after
receiving a decision notice about the decision, to review the decision.
(2)
The chief executive may extend the time for applying for the review.
(3)
Also, an interested person for a relevant decision may apply to the chief
executive to review the decision if the chief executive has not given the
interested person a decision notice about the decision.
(4) The application
must be in the approved form and accompanied by enough information to enable
the chief executive to decide the application.
