180 Purpose of div 5
(1) This division prescribes the requirements that a
relevant service provider must comply with before using a restrictive practice
in the course of providing respite services or community access services to an
adult with an intellectual or cognitive disability.
(2) This division does
not apply for the use of chemical restraint (fixed dose) under section 168.
