Chief executive decides not to cancel suspended clearance
118 Chief executive decides not to cancel suspended clearance
(1) This section applies if, under section 115, the chief executive decides
not to cancel the person’s clearance and end the suspension of the
clearance.
(2) The suspension of the person’s clearance ends.
(3) The
chief executive must—
(a) give a notice that states the suspension of the
person’s clearance has ended to—
(i) the person; and
(ii) each notifiable
person for the person; and
(iii) each potential employer for the person who
was given a notice about the suspension under section 112(2) ; and
(b) if
the chief executive has the person’s clearance card and the term of the
person’s clearance has not ended under section 101(2) —return the
person’s clearance card to the person.
