DANGEROUS PRISONERS (SEXUAL OFFENDERS) ACT 2003 - SECT 50
50 Order for detention taken to be a warrant for Corrective Services Act
An order of the court or the Court of Appeal under this Act that a prisoner be
detained in custody for the period stated in the order is taken to be a
warrant committing the prisoner into custody for the
Corrective Services Act 2006.
