Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) If a document is required under this Act to be given to a prisoner detained in custody, the document is taken to have been given to the prisoner if the document is given to the chief executive.
(2) If, under subsection (1), a document is given to the chief executive, the chief executive must give the document to the prisoner without undue delay.
