DANGEROUS PRISONERS (SEXUAL OFFENDERS) ACT 2003 - SECT 39
39 Application for leave to be present
If a prisoner indicates on the notice of appeal that the prisoner wants to be
present at the hearing of the appeal, the notice is taken also to be an
application for leave to be present at the appeal.
