DANGEROUS PRISONERS (SEXUAL OFFENDERS) ACT 2003 - SECT 32
32 Time for appeal
(1) An appeal must be started within 1 month after the decision is made (the
appeal period).
(2) On application, the Court of Appeal may extend the appeal
period.
