Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) Unless the court otherwise orders at the hearing of any application under this Act, for the purposes of a review under section 27 or 28, the chief executive must arrange for the prisoner to be examined by 2 psychiatrists.
(2) For subsection (1) and the purposes of a review, sections 11 and 12 apply with necessary changes.
(3) Subsection (1) authorises examinations of the prisoner by the 2 psychiatrists.
