DANGEROUS PRISONERS (SEXUAL OFFENDERS) ACT 2003 - SECT 22A

The Attorney-General has a right of appearance before the court hearing a matter under section 21 or 22 and may do any or all of the following--

(a) make submissions;

(b) call evidence;

(c) test the evidence before the court.
