Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsNo act or thing done or omission made by the Minister, the director or any person assisting the director for the purpose of giving effect to this Act or discharging, exercising or performing any function, power, authority or duty under this Act shall subject the Crown, the Minister, the director or any person to liability at law in respect thereof.
