Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsA person appointed to the office of director, deputy director or crown prosecutor shall be taken to be, by virtue of that appointment and for so long as the person holds that office, an officer appointed by the Governor in Council to present indictments in any court of criminal jurisdiction.
