DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC PROSECUTIONS ACT 1984 - SECT 20

20 Termination of appointments

(1) A deputy director may resign office by writing signed by the deputy director and given to the Minister.

(2) A person's appointment as deputy director shall terminate upon the taking effect of the person's appointment to any position in which the person is subject to the Public Service Act 1996.
