Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies if, after considering the accepted representations for the show cause period, the chief executive no longer believes a ground exists to suspend or cancel a licence.
(2) The chief executive must not take further action about the show cause notice.
(3) The chief executive must, immediately after making the decision, give the licensee written notice that no further action about the show cause notice is to be taken.
