Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) If the chief executive amends the conditions of a licence under section 70, the chief executive may ask the licensee to produce the licence for amendment within a stated period of not less than 14 days.
(2) The licensee must comply with a request under subsection (1), unless the person has a reasonable excuse.
Maximum penalty--100 penalty units.
