Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The Minister may, by gazette notice, appoint as an analyst for this Act, a person the Minister is satisfied has the qualifications, standing and experience necessary to be an analyst for this Act.
(2) Also, a regulation may declare a person who holds a stated appointment, qualification or other recognition under the law of another State or the Commonwealth as an analyst, whether that or another term is used, to be an analyst for this Act.
