DRUGS MISUSE ACT 1986 - SECT 43Q
43Q Obstruction of environmental health officers
A person must not obstruct an environmental health officer in the exercise of
a power under this part, unless the person has a reasonable excuse.
Maximum
penalty--20 penalty units.
