DISTRICT COURT OF QUEENSLAND ACT 1967 - SECT 114

114 Other appeals

(1) This section applies if, under an Act, provision is made for an appeal—

(a) to a court of general or quarter sessions; or

(b) to a judge of the Supreme Court on circuit; or

(c) from a decision of justices and no other court of appeal is mentioned.

(2) The appeal lies to the District Court.
