Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies if a regulated contract does not contain a notice, as required under section 29(2), advising the building owner of the right the owner may have to withdraw from the contract under section 72.
(2) The building owner may withdraw from the contract within 7 days of becoming aware that the contract should have contained the notice.
