Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A provision of a regulated contract, or other agreement, requiring that a dispute under the contract be referred to arbitration is void.
(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to a provision of an agreement, other than a regulated contract, if the agreement is entered into after a dispute under the contract arises.
