DOMESTIC BUILDING CONTRACTS ACT 2000 - SECT 36

36 Copy of contract for building owner

As soon as practicable (but within 5 business days) after entering into a regulated contract, the building contractor must give the building owner a readily legible signed copy of the contract.

Maximum penalty--20 penalty units.
