Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) Subsection (2) applies to a regulated contract entered into by a building contractor and the plans, specifications and variations relating to the contract.
(2) The contractor must keep each document for 7 years from the date it is put into writing.
Maximum penalty--100 penalty units.
