Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) This section sets out the required things for a regulated contract for section 27(2)(e).
(2) The required things are as follows--
(a) a detailed description of the subject work;
(b) a conspicuous notice advising the building owner of the right the owner may have to withdraw from the contract under section 72;
(c) a separate provision defining the key words and phrases used in the contract.
