Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies to a reference in this Act to the contract price for a regulated contract in a context in which the reference is intended to refer to the actual amount of the contract price.
(2) The reference is a reference to the amount constituting the contract price, to the extent the amount is known at the relevant time.
