Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) In this Act, if a reference is made to a domestic building contract and the contract's contract price, the reference to the contract does not include a reference to a cost plus contract.
(2) However, subsection (1) does not apply to references in sections 17, 64 and 68.
