Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A police officer or authorised person may appear, and act on behalf of, an aggrieved in a proceeding for any application under this Act, but must not agree to an order under section 33 without the specific approval of the aggrieved.
(2) If an authorised person has made an application under this Act to a court and the court decides the authorised person is not able to assist it, the application is taken to have been made by the aggrieved.
