Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) No later than 2 business days after the registration of an interstate order, the clerk must give the applicant and the commissioner a certificate of the registration with a copy of the registered interstate order attached.
(2) Notice of the registration of an interstate order is not to be given to the person against whom the order was made unless the aggrieved has consented to the notice.
(3) The consent must be given in writing.
(4) The clerk may not ask the applicant for any fee, or reimbursement for any expenses incurred, under this division.
