DOMESTIC AND FAMILY VIOLENCE PROTECTION ACT 1989 - SECT 40
40 Application to register interstate order in Queensland
(1) A person may apply to the clerk of a Magistrates Court for the
registration of an interstate order.
(2) The application is to be made on the
appropriate approved form.
