DOMESTIC AND FAMILY VIOLENCE PROTECTION ACT 1989 - SECT 37
37 Commissioner must be given notices of applications to vary or revoke
A court must not make an order under section 35 or 36 unless it is satisfied
that the commissioner has been given a copy of the application.
