DUTIES ACT 2001 - SECT 68

A public unit trust is--

(a) a listed unit trust; or

(b) a widely held unit trust; or

(c) a wholesale unit trust; or

(d) a pooled public investment unit trust; or

(e) a declared public unit trust.
