391 Exemption—forfeiture orders

Vehicle registration duty is not imposed on an application to transfer a vehicle under—

(a) any of the following under the Criminal Proceeds Confiscation Act 2002 —

(i) third party order;

(ii) an exclusion order;

(iii) an innocent interests exclusion order;

(iv) a buy-back order;

(v) a request under section 175 ; or

(b) the Drugs Misuse Act 1986 , section 38 (4) or 39 (4) .
