CHEMICAL USAGE (AGRICULTURAL AND VETERINARY) CONTROL ACT 1988 - SECT 22C

22C Hearing procedures

(1) An appeal is to be by way of rehearing, unaffected by the decision maker’s decision.

(2) In deciding an appeal, the court—

(a) has the same powers as the decision maker; and

(b) is not bound by the rules of evidence; and

(c) must observe natural justice; and

(d) may hear the appeal in court or chambers.
