22A How to start appeal
(1) An appeal is started by filing a written notice of appeal with the clerk
of the court of the Magistrates Court.
(2) A copy of the notice must be
served on the decision maker.
(3) The notice of appeal must be filed within
28 days after the appellant receives notice of the decision appealed against.
(4) However, the court may extend the period for filing the notice of appeal
at any time.
(5) The notice of appeal must state the grounds of the appeal.
