COMMUNITY SERVICES (TORRES STRAIT) ACT 1984 - SECT 70

70 Chief executive may require information from Island council

(1) The chief executive may, by written notice given to an Island council, require the council to give the chief executive within the reasonable time stated in the notice written information about notional GST that may be paid by it.

(2) The council must comply with the notice.
