COMMUNITY SERVICES (TORRES STRAIT) ACT 1984 - SECT 7

7 Corporation may function for purposes of this Act

The corporation may exercise for the purposes of this Act all or any of the powers conferred on it by the Aboriginal Communities (Justice and Land Matters) Act 1984 in addition to the powers conferred on it by this Act.
