326 Purpose of div 2
(1) The purpose of this division is to ensure the chief executive has all the
relevant information the chief executive needs to assess a person’s
suitability to be, or continue to be, a relevant person.
(2) The purpose is
achieved mainly by providing for the chief executive to obtain the criminal
history of, and other information about, the relevant person.
