Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsOn and after the date of commencement of section 16 of the Community Services (Aborigines) Act Amendment Act 199012 the jurisdiction of an Aboriginal Court extends to any persons, whether Aborigines or not, who are in or enter upon the council area for which the court is constituted.
