Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) At the close of each year terminating on 30 June all authorisations of expenditure and votes of money therefor shall lapse.
(2) Any vote so lapsing may be revoted.
(3) Any ordinary disbursement of an Aboriginal council in the months of July and August in any year is authorised and is to be included in the budget for that year.
