Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) Every budget is to be adopted by the Aboriginal council concerned on or before 31 August in the year for which the budget is framed, and the rates or charges or both to be made and levied by the Aboriginal council concerned for such year is to be founded thereon.
(2) Every budget adopted by an Aboriginal council is to be open to inspection by persons resident in its council area.
