Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The Governor in Council may direct an Aboriginal council for which a financial controller is appointed to pay to the Minister an amount stated in the direction as the costs and expenses of the financial controller.
(2) The stated amount may include salary and allowances payable to the financial controller as a public service officer.
(3) The direction may state a time for payment.
(4) The stated amount is a debt payable to the State.
