Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) If an issue is referred to the Minister by an administrator under section 28(2), the Minister may cause the chief executive of the department to make the inquiries, investigations and inspections that the Minister considers appropriate.
(2) The Minister's decision on the issue is taken to be the decision of the committee and is final and binding on the administrator and the committee.
(3) The administrator must ensure the Minister's decision is implemented as quickly as practicable.
