Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The Governor in Council may direct an Aboriginal council for which an administrator is appointed to pay to the Minister an amount stated in the direction as the costs and expenses of the administrator.
(2) The stated amount may include salary and allowances payable to a public service officer who is appointed as administrator or a member of a committee.
(3) The direction may state a time for payment.
(4) The stated amount is a debt payable to the State.
