COMMUNITY SERVICES (ABORIGINES) ACT 1984 - SECT 22
22 When administrator may be appointed
If an Aboriginal council is dissolved under section 20,9 the Governor in
Council must, by gazette notice, appoint a person as administrator of the
council.
